I paid extra for Turbotax premier services which includes a phone call with a tax expert. I submitted my name and phone number while I was filing. I received the call about an hour and a half later. I answered and I could hear someone moving around on the other end. The person did not acknowledge me and ended the call. I did not have time to wait again. 

I filed and received the call on April 30, 2024 at 6:54PM. Incoming call came from [phone number removed].
