Is "other income" reported on lines 13000 and line 11500 taxed differently at a different tax percentage rates? Is one taxed at a higher rate than the other?

This would include T3 income not reported elsewhere on the return

Troubleshooting

 Line 11500 - is Other pensions and superannuation  and 

Line 130000- is Other Income   It is different incomes going on these lines.
