I did not receive my one time rent increase of $425 whenim low income and on disability and filled it in properly and even printed it out and mailed it to CRA. But I do not have a Bank account for direct deposit anymore. So if possible when get back to me  I’d like answers it’s been about a month and I’m ok with it being mailed at my local address

It can take from 6-8 weeks to receive your Notice of Assessment by mail. You can contact the CRA for an ETA on your return at 1-800-959-8281.
