How to fix cpp t4a page frozen with error message?

I made an error entering info on a T4A and the page is frozen. How can I delete and restart?

Troubleshooting

You can go to the 'INCOME' section of your return- click on T-slips and T4A- you will click on "EDIT" the one that needs to be fixed.
