I am using Turbotax 2023 and have already filed 4 returns. I have returned to complete another return but it won't load properly. It checks updates and then minimizes.
I checked an am running as administrator and security software is not running. No problems with other apps on my PC. Windows 11 drivers are all up to date.
Have you tried again to see if it would load properly? Your security software will not hinder TurboTax from loading again if it has already been installed.
