"Not connected to internet"
Been using desktop TurboTax for Mac for close to 20 years. Downloaded 2024 Premier today, installed, tried to activate, and got a message informing me I am not connected to the internet. Tells me to "Try again", Nada.
Others have evidently run into this; I have not. My internet connection is fine. I've reinstalled several times, checked my security settings, nothing is changed or new, still the same message.
I am NOT going to fool with DNS settings or Terminal. If that's what it takes to use my $105 "product" this is the end of my relationship with TurboTax. I'll call Customer Support tomorrow, but I'm about at the end of my rope on this.
