Activation Fails - New Computer - Need to access Prior T2 Incorporated Returns

Hello,

 

My email, [email address removed], was used to purchase TurboTax Business Incorporated 2021 & TurboTax Business Incorporated 2022

 

2021 - Order QSTND215372083 - Date 02-08-22

2022 - Order QSTND258379697 - Date 29-12-23

 

Well I never did get around to filing 2022, and I need to amend the 2021 return.

However, the computer I used previously is now gone, and the activated code states it has already been activated.

 

Could I have some new license codes issued, or some other resolution?
