I used the wrong email to netfile. I don't have the email I used, I used the wrong domain. This is my first time filing. I don't have a CRA account.

Is there anything I can do?

I am afraid nothing can done at this time, you don't have a CRA My account so it really doesn't make any difference. When you will create an account with CRA then you can add the correct information.
