If you are using TurboTax Online, Go to ' Tax Home" search for Statement of qualifying retroactive lump-sum payment (T1198)  and fill that out.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop please search for 'T1198' using the "Magnifying Glass" (Search Option)  from the top bar menu on the right hand side.
