This wasn’t expected, but we’re working on fixing it

Every time I try to do the final review before submitting my taxes I get the “This wasn’t expected, but we’re working on fixing it “ message.

 

I’ve tried using several different devices and browsers, and clearing my history, but nothing works.

 

I’ve heard that you can copy the return, and submit it. My problem is that the license I bought has already used up one of the returns on the tax return that has the error.  I would like to submit my return ASAP, but not pay 2x for the same service. 

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

Can you click on Tax Home and then go back to the review section to see what happens?

Hello, thanks for your reply. I did try this and still got the same result. I ended up sending through a copy, but unfortunately had to use an extra 2 submissions from the license I bought. Is there any way to get the 2 unused submissions back onto my account?

I am having the exact same problem. I've already paid to put file my taxes and at the very last screen it just gives an error message and wont move forward... very frustrating!
