Troubleshooting
@MattK3 Please follow these steps: User Fix steps: Review T4 slip:
- If box 10 indicates Quebec as the province of employment: Verify that boxes 16 and 16A are empty.
- If box 10 indicates a province other than Quebec: Verify that boxes 17 and 17A are empty.

That's how mine is entered. I reviewed my T4 online with a live agent and everything is entered correctly.

Troubleshooting
As I have said I filled out everything in the correct positions. Box 10 is not Quebec so I entered my information for box 16 and 16A.
Box 17 and 17A are blank. But the error still persists.

Troubleshooting
Do you know when this issue is expected to be fixed? I just tried filing again (first tried 2 weeks ago) and got the error 90308 again. Province of employment not Quebec and boxes 16 and 16A filled out (17 and 17A blank). I called TurboTax support when I first got the error 2 weeks ago and was told it should be fixed within a week.
