I'm trying to transfer a return from last year's list. But file doesn't transfer. Instead an ad from Turbotax keeps popping up. How to move past this?

Troubleshooting

Go to 'Tax Home" and search AutoFill, it will directly take you that page. If necessary please try using a different browser.
