An xml error means one or more entries don't respect the format needed. Please double-check your personal and contact details, like the spelling of your name, address (postal code), SIN by going to the 'Personal Info section'. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, we suggest you take a screenshot of the entire error message and, please, contact our product support team.
