These forms are still locked by CRA & RQ and not finalized yet. Please refer to this link  Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? 

We do not have any ETA on this yet, but as soon as these forms get finalized, we will be updating them in TurboTax.

I have no further need to pursue this matter.  I have purchased UFile for 1/4 the price of Turbo Tax and it works effectively and without all the redundancy and switching input screens.  In switching I have also realized that Turbotax has errors and omissions.  I have been able to file all but one of the returns today that Turbo Tax was still refusing to complete, print or file.
