Wrong Intuit Subscription - Refund timeline?
Hello,
About a monh and a half ago, I have purchased a wrong Intuit Tax package. I have requested a refund, case [phone number removed]. I have called 4 times to Intuit Tax online service, and have asked when the refund will be processed. They keep taking notes and making notes, but Refund was never processed. Why its this. How long does it realy take to get a refund from Intuit on a wrong subscription? Did I actually lost $560 from Intuit?

In the Refund Request status page, it shows:
Case# [Case number removed]
Your Refund status is Open.
