Troubleshooting

As I was ready to net file I was prompted first to see if I disposed  of property that was owned less than 365 days and after reviewing that I went to net file it and received the prompt " This was unexpected, but we are working on fixing it". 

This issue has been ongoing for a while now.  It is unacceptable for the fix to take this long.  Please get this issue fixed promptly.  I have used Turrbo tax for the past few years, but this experience will make look at other tax programs for future years.

I am getting the same message and it has been over 1 month.  I have used Turbotax for years using a cd.  This is the first time filing from your online site.  I am very discouraged.

I too received this message when trying to Netfile many different times.  I see that you guys are unable to fix this.  Please provide an ETA on when this will be fixed, or provide a refund of the Software.  Thank you.

 

P.S. I tried clearing cache, tried on two different computers, and tried two different browsers.  The problem is you!  Shame on you keeping people hanging saying it's their internet connection or settings.

I tried to perform the Review to Netfile and I get the same message.  Nothing has changed.  Please investigate and provide ETA.

"This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it" (for 3 weeks)

Turbotax stated the issue would be fixed March 20, 2025.  I have been trying all day to file my taxes and the same error messages appear.  PLEASE GIVE DEFINITIVE DATE WHEN THE ERRORS/FORMS WILL BE FIXED!!
