Thanks for the update of March 20th as an ETA.

With today's updates was able to file with a T3 slip with no issues. 

Unfortunately it isn’t working for me yet. I still can’t file. 

Forgot to mention that I am using Turbo Tax Windows.

I had the exact same issue, since February 28th, 2025 and God, what the wait was so long ... as I got some good refund this year. Anyway I have been stuck with this "Your return is done, but filing for returns with capital gains or losses is temporarily delayed." as I have declared T5008 slips it's been almost 3 weeks waiting. I am glad I just successfully filed 15min ago or so. I use TurboTax website.
