I am in the same stop.  Turbotax needs to be prodded to fix this.

Same Problem here, up dated Turbotax today, still does not work (Error Code #95365)

I have the same issue.  Wondering if you claimed less than 100% on the T3 slip.  This may be the reason for the error code popping up as you may be claiming a lessor amount that's on the T3 slip.

That was a good suggestion because on my T3 form it had my spouse at 0%, but I hadn't marked it in the form as 100% for myself.  Unfortunately doing that still not not fix the Netfile error.  

I'm having the same problem (CRA code #95365) with an empty line 68140 with capital gains not being entered.

Anxiously awaiting a fix from Intuit!

It is a known issue at CRA's end, and we are aware of this issue, and our development team is working for a resolution. We appreciate your patience.

What do you do in meantime while waiting for fix to error code 95365????  

Is there an expected timeline on fix for this ?
