I was able to submit and file 1 of 4 of my taxes.

 

  • Unable to run review and file through Netfile CRA for the other 3. I get the message ...

This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it...

 

Please advise next steps and a timeline to have this fixed, thanks.

Can you please let us know how we can get a refund for TurboTax based on this issue?  This is crazy waiting over two weeks for you to fix your software bugs in the middle of tax season.  Please do not let me know you are working on it without providing an ETA.

  • @TurboTaxAniqua  Can you clarify the error that's being worked on? Is it this one:

"indicate if you disposed of a property that was owned for less than 365 days."

I'm using the Online Deluxe version, and have no property owned less than 365 days. However, when I go back to the beginning to review all of the questions, this one isn't found anywhere, and I can’t answer "no" to it to clear the warning.

@Lenny1234  can submit an online Refund Request but it is subject to approval. We can understand frustration, but our team is working on it. We are anticipating getting this resolved ASAP.

To let the other members know who are having errors.  The only way I was able to finally file my return was to start a new return and delete the old/unfiled return.  The new return was efiled successfully.
