I have the same issue, but I am living in the Netherlands with a Dutch phone number. Please advise

@Bartjan Regretfully, using tax expert services does require a North American or Canadian phone number. They can't call international numbers.

Please be aware that a non-resident return cannot be filed using TurboTax Live services.

Hi @TurboTaxAniqua, thank you for your response, that absolutely was not clear to me when I purchased this product. It is unfortunate..  now I paid for something I can't use. Is there an email address for customer service available for me to contact so this matter can be resolved, or another way of getting in contact?

@Bartjan Unfortunately, there is no phone number to contact the tax expert; they are the ones who make the calls out. You can submit an online Refund Request .
