It still shows error

@nk420074 Are you using a TurboTax Online Version or a TurboTax Desktop version? What error are you getting? 

Turbo tax online, but when code is used it says invalid. It is Turbo tax basic with 4 returns and download only.

@nk420074 to use the Desktop/ Download version please use this link to download TurboTax Basics use the license that you already have. This is not a Online version. 

I tried this and the assistant tries to help but EVERYTHING we tried did not work! I paid 40 dollars and it is not working! she said it happened before and I have to contact the store but I do not have the receipt I bought this at the beginning of last month Never had problems with Turbo tax before...but I won't trust this again with a new one!

Tried everything it is the online  version and NOTHING worked even with phone support

@LynSwork To activate your TurboTax Online version please visit this link. Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product. 

The system that there is something wrong with my  license code. I entered a few times, exactly as it shows on my payment receipt 

Can you please advise if you purchased TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop? What does it say on the box?
