I have been dealing with this same issue; tried again earlier this week- same error. Just tried again (March 28) and it seems to be fixed- just make sure you update Turbotax before attempting to NETFILe again.

I looked everywhere on turbo tax Canada online and there was no where to update it. I tried netfiling again and got the same error message. I now only have 5 more attempts left to netfile. Turbo tax can you please confirm if you are still working on this issue or if it has been fixed and we need to update our version of Turbo tax online somehow?

Check if box 16A (Employer’s QPP Contributions) is mistakenly included for
Correct the entries: If the employer mistakenly included box 16A for a non-Quebec resident, remove it from the filing. Resave and resubmit the return

Troubleshooting

This is a Turbo tax issue when there is an amount entered in box 16A of a T4. I have read it on several comments in this Turbo Tax support. When will Turbo Tax have a resolution for this? I can't simply remove the amount that has been entered on my T4 and resubmit as suggested. I have to claim what has been entered on my T4. Box 16A is employee contributions not employer.
