Troubleshooting

anne68- I'm in the exact same situation.  Positive gains from T3s, but net capital loss from T5008s.  If I fudge the T5008 to put me in a capital gain position, I correctly get the sum of T3s showing on the T936 form.  But, as soon as the T5008s show a loss, then the sum of the T3s reports a zero.

Troubleshooting

DCH75 and anne68  -  I have the same issue as I had pointed out a few days ago.  Don't know why it is taking so long to fix issue.  It has been a week or so now and still no resolution.

Troubleshooting

At this point how do I request a refund for this crappy software from Intuit? The longer I have to wait for Intuit to fix this problem (and its obviously been going on for a while), the longer I am without my refund.

Troubleshooting

@Norm32 "Don't know why it is taking so long to fix issue. " - Exactly!

Troubleshooting

Give us a fix or give us a refund so that we can buy other software. Now!

Troubleshooting

Turbotax - Please include me on the e-mail thread once the fix has been made.

Troubleshooting

I get the same error that line 68140 in Chart A of Form T936 cannot be less than 17600. The program does not auto-populate the field.

I have also called in twice over the last week and the help staff on the call do not seem to understand that this is a known issue requiring a software fix.

How much longer TT do we have to wait for a fix? I don't want "thank you for your patience" messages. How about an ETA?

Troubleshooting

Yes, give us an ETA

Troubleshooting

This is exactly what is happening

Troubleshooting

To the error of "line 68140 in Chart A of Form T936 cannot be less than 17600", I find it odd that I can put my 2024 numbers in the 2023 TurboTax software and the 2023 software works properly by auto populating line 68140.  I know I'm oversimplifying it but wouldn't the solution be a form of copy and paste of the small amount of code for this issue from the 2023 software into the 2024 software package?
