@Dan178 I agree with you 100%. This Dev Team is in the tax industry, as I used to be a long time ago. You have to expect to work very long hours and weekends in the Spring and then you can take it easy in the summer. I won't mention their number 1 competitor's name here, but you can be sure I'm kicking the tires on their software this weekend.

And just to add insult to injury, the software counts 1 declaration used against your quota, despite having received an error from CRA due to invalid declaration content.

@Dan178 For real? That failed attempt counts against your quota? That's just plain wrong, TurboTax!

@Dan178 Now, and forever more, I shall call this product "TurtleTax" because they are so slow to fix simple bugs.

Troubleshooting
We had to manually enter 50 per cent of the T3 for each of us, rather than letting it split it automatically. Good luck!

@Christine S1 I know, right! This workaround is a total PITA, especially if you have several slips to split.

Troubleshooting
@Dan178 Assuming some of the development and testing is done in Intuit’s Bangalore development center, I don’t think we can expect a fix for a few more days. That’s because March 30 is a restricted holiday and March 31 is a gazetted holiday. I guess I’ll tell my hired monkey to stop clicking the Check for Updates button every hour. I’ll give him the weekend off. It will save me some bananas. I’ll need the savings too, because I have to wait longer for my income tax refund, thanks to TurtleTax.

Still no updates today. My hired monkey has been checking once every hour today. I feel sorry for @TurboTaxAniqua . She has to deal with all of these complaints while the development team seems to be AWOL and is hiding in the shadows. Shame on the development team.

Troubleshooting
I added lines 52 and 53 into box 53 and deleted 52 and filed, it worked.
