T1198's problem has been resolved. If you are using a desktop version, make sure it is up to date. Please try clearing cookies and cache and then entering all of your data again
If you are using the online version, we advise clearing your browser's cache and cookies before entering all of your information again in a different browser.

I logged into TurboTax on a completely different computer and bowser, selected the "Refile" option then previewed the PDF package and the T1198 is not included at this point. You indicate that the information has to be re-entered, please be specific about what this means. Create a new return or create a new T1198 form?

How does one “clear cookies and cache” in the desktop version of the software. Also, do you mean that we will have to create an entirely new return, or just re-enter the form t1198 form? Please clarify.

I'm trying to do this now and still getting the same error, I cleared by Cache and Cookies and reloaded the browser, nothing is working.
