Troubleshooting
The kludgy procedure of uninstalling and then reinstalling from https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/download worked for me. If you are worried that uninstalling might delete your tt24 files (it didn't delete mine), then a prudent extra step would be to make a backup of those tt24 files before doing the uninstall. I hope that helps.

I'm having the same issue. Other are not having success with the uninstall. I I'm hesitant to try that cause if I uninstall to I loss what I have done already?

Yes, I started my returns way back in early February. Uninstalling did not delete my tt24 files. However, it would be prudent to back them up before attempting uninstall.

It worked this time. I got it back and my returns are still intact as far as I can tell.

I did create a backup under a different and renamed it back to the original after downloading and installing TT. What awaste of my time. See my post about Netfile code 90101 and T!2!2 .That took me two days on the phone to report and hopefully get CRA to resolve before the end of April.
