i had that issue this morning when an update arrived , kept dying during update . I tried many times .
finally i rebooted my PC and then it was ok . I wrote this in another post re line 68140 no getting populated for T3 info( error code #95365 )

Troubleshooting
After a recent update, all of my 2024 tax returns that were completed and the returns that were started and in progress were erased/not pulling into the program. All it gives me is last year (2023) to pull in for 2024. I am officially done with TurboTax..... and that is a sad statement - I've used them exclusively for over 15 years...
