After shuttering their Edmonton office in July, I'm guessing they replaced many of the experienced developers with freshies.

I was tricked into believing their "fix" was actually working. Was able to open up Turbo Tax and it finally did the update, but after entering the T3 information for the thousandth time, the same errors are appearing. This is just beyond words!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Troubleshooting
So earlier today the software update would not apply. I just tried it again now and it worked.
I still got the weird CRA warnings and it would not allow me to file. Then I decided to move an entry from one Box 53 to another Box 53 on the same page. Then I saved the changes and went back to File option. This time it let me file my return.
I have to say this is a shameful way for a software company to behave. This is nothing to fool around with. By buying their product we are relying on their professionalism to assist us in filing our tax returns.
I know next year I will try a different company's product and I will recommend to all of my fiends to consider making a change.
