Since last week, d.d., April 2, 2025, I've had the same error issue after having purchased 4 Turbotax desktop deluxe version for Windows:
- Talked to tech support for 3 days, total of 4 hours.
- Had a tech "see" my screen.
- Installed the 4 versions on 3 different laptops / 1 desktop.
- Went to a local library and tried their computer in creating an Intuit account: same error message.
- Took my laptop to 2 local outfits, trying to create an account through a different provider.
- Used different passwords and phone numbers to create accounts.
- Reformatted a laptop and installed a downloaded Turbotax Deluxe version.
All yielded the same results: "The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable."
