Error Code: #95365: regarding T3 capital gain and Chart A of Form T936
I have been using TurboTax for NETFILE for years. This year, the online submission was declined because no Chart A of the T936 form was filled out. Supposedly, if there is a capital gain from a T3 slip on Line 17600 of Schedule 3, then an entry on Line 68140 in Chart A of T936 is required. I checked the file and found the software did not generate the numbers on Line 68140. I tried to enter the numbers manually, but the software did not allow me. Is anyone having a similar situation? How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

Troubleshooting
I have the same problem and want guarantees that it will be fixed by Intuit so that I can netfile my 2024 return on time.
I paid for TurboTax Premier and I expect value for my money.
Overall I am disappointed with the software and the failure to fix the problem.

Troubleshooting
I received an email from TT on April 11, 2025 that directed me to a link regarding NETFILE error codes. My error code is 95365. I followed the TT instructions below and tried NETFILE again. The result was the same error code 95365, i.e. the TT solution did not work. I believe that the discrepancy in my TT return between Lines 17600 and 68140 is the reason for my 95365 error. That discrepancy has not been addressed by TT/CRA.
I purchased the standard TT initially. Upon starting my 2024 return in TT, I was advised to upgrade to the premier version of TT. I purchased the upgrade. Total cost of standard and premier packages was 86.10 CAD$. It appears to me that the 95365 error issue is not going to be resolved in time for me to successfully NETFILE from TT. I am probably going to have to print and mail my return. Basically, I have wasted $86 on TT software. I am not likely to use TT in the future. I feel somewhat cheated and misled.
BTW, after my first NETFILE error using TT I went to WealthSimple and entered my information as if I planned to NETFILE using WS. TT and WS gave me the same refund. I inspected the WS return, comparing it to the TT return, and found no differences. I did not attempt to NETFILE from WS because I expected to get the same error.
TT "So-Called" Resolved error codes as of April 7, 2025
Error Code 95365
Error issue: There are entries for capital gains on T3 information slips and CRA has indicated that there may be a rounding issue.
Customer action: For all T3 slips in your return: - Remove the amount from Box 52, if applicable (leave it blank) - Enter the sum of Box 52 + Box 53 in Box 53 - Ensure Box 53 equals the amount in Box 21 If the error persists, try rounding the box amounts (21 and 53) to the nearest dollar and submit via NETFILE once more. Try filing after April 7, 2025.
Expected resolution date: Adjustments were made to the production system on April 7, 2025 to address erroneous instances of this error code due to rounding issues.
