Refund status
Hello,
On March 1st I have requested a refund of an order that got duplicated. In the notes, it said ''Your request will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If all required information is validated, your request will be assessed and a decision will becommunicated back to you at that time.'' Well it has been way more than 5-7 buisiness days and my refund has still not been processed and the status is still ''open''. Nobody seems to be able to assist me. My case # is [phone number removed].
Does anyone know how to get my refund to be processed?
