Troubleshooting
I had to reset my Netfile, because I got locked out. It took about 1 hour wait, and they knew what I was talking about right away. I think it is a common issue this year. I'm not going to try again until the lines are populating with the correct amounts.

Troubleshooting
FYI - I'm also a tax volunteer, so I get messages from the CRA with updates on the current tax year. This was from yesterday and error 95365 is not on the list. They must believe that it is fixed.

Troubleshooting
Hi, yes, I believe that the 95365 error is a legitimate error. And when I spoke to TT on Sunday, they said it is a TT error that T936 was not being populated. I actually did a Netfile in my session with them so they saw the error. The specialist said that a fix should be provided. I have a case #. And she said I should get a notification when it is fixed. Fingers crossed. First they said I should mail in my return but when I said I am getting a refund and will not be penalized for a late return, they said there is going to be a fix (but I guess they did not want to guarantee that it would be ready by April 30th). But they said the fix is planned to be in the April 16th update (Update: resolution date no longer confirmed, but they are working on it)
PS: I am not a tax volunteer

This at least sounds positive especially with the case number provided. Let's hope TT acts on it quickly.

Troubleshooting
It is ridiculous that we are talking about TT software “fixes” some 2 weeks before the tax filing deadline.

Thank you! I just have little confidence that these support people have any influence or visibility into these fixes.

Troubleshooting
I have had the same problem, been in contact several times, received a message that error 95365 was corrected April 7th - made the suggested changes and resubmitted April 13. Same problem. Called Turbo Tax and was told I was on the email list. I was not told about the April 16th date.
Lack of communication from Turbo Tax is very, very frustrating!!

Troubleshooting
I was able to override line 68140 and 68150 and manually input the values. BUT the Turbo Tax won't allow me to NETFILE because I have over ridden!
Also just received an email from Turbo Tax blaming CRA for error 95365. It is NOT CRA that is the issue - it IS a Turbo Tax programming error that will not record the appropriate value on T936 line 68140 - and still hasn't been fixed. Turbo Tax has been aware of the issue for over 2 weeks!

Troubleshooting
I just called TT support and was not provided a date for the fix. I was told I am included in the notification list for when (if) the fix is provided, but will see.
I am also planning to get a refund (once my taxes are netfiled). For those of you interested in getting their money back, here is the link for requesting a refund:
I suggest all of us that got hit with issues, we ask for a refund. Hopefully this will teach them a lesson. For me this is the last time I am using their tax software, and I have been with them for sooo many years.
