@Joseph Sue-Ho To activate your TurboTax Online version please visit this link. Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product. 

When I enter my User / Password in I have an account, it brings me right back to where I started.  I'm just going around in circles and not getting anywhere? 

@cdemaray Please try clearing cookies and cache or using a different browser. Make sure you are using this TurboTax link to Sign in.

My activation code does not work. I get an error telling me to check the code and reenter it. I have tried multiple times with the same result.

i wasted 80.00 dollars on two non functioning tax progams (one from staples and one from costco)

16 didgit codes not accepted

did the link as per website and got a barely functional program 

did a web credit for one at staples with no acknowledgement will see if i can do same with costco program

@Brad Robinson Which version of TurboTax have you purchased? 

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need. 

If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund

same!!!!!  Now I can't get back to where I entered my activation code originally.  It keeps taking me in a loop and asking me to PAY.  I've already paid for this instance of turbo tax!
