How do I unlock netfile . this is due to error codes that dont make sense?

now code 15 is showing

Troubleshooting

If your account is locked due to reaching a max of 5 attempts and getting an Error Code 15.

 

  1. Contact the CRA's general enquiries line at 1-800-959-8281
    • Inform the agent that your NETFILE account is locked (not your CRA My Account)
    • Ask them to unlock your NETFILE account specifically
