I am a certified clinical counsellor, self-employed, and I paid for and attended trainings - some 1 hour seminar trainings and some 2 day trainings. I received continuing education credits for these trainings from my professional association (CCPA). Where can I submit this as an expense (under self-employed business)?

Claim Professional Development as Professional Fees or under the Miscellaneous section in the business schedule.
