The issue is not completely resolved! Line 17600 on Schedule 3 shows as 0, therefore the detailed tax summary is zero for capital gains, and I am unable to netfile. I called TurboTax support today April 21 and they said this is correct. Some people have resolved the T936 form line 68150 value, but some have not resolved the schedule 3 portion, so please DO NOT say it error 95365 has been resolved for all. The new expected resolution is planned for April 23. Until then, this issue is not completely resolved.

Has your error been resolved. @Aw-2025 This thread has someone reporting an error still too. The Schedule 3 is not being populated. Maybe this is your issue too. Maybe you can get updates here.

@Anne04 CRA had some technical difficulties with the new system updates they implemented in January 2025 that was causing numbers to be rounded, so causing NETFILE errors. As soon as this was fixed on the CRA side and we received the updates, we had to fix it on our side too.

This issue should be fixed now, but if you still experiencing this issue, we invite you to review your T3s and make sure box 52 and 53 are equal to box 21.
