Additional fees and charges

I purchased Intuit Turbotax Standard which is supposed to file 8 returns. In attempting to file I keep being promoted to pay an additional 30 dollars over what I have already spent. 

Two of eight returns have been filed but I am being charged again for the third. 

These are basic returns, why am I being charged for something I have already purchased?

Troubleshooting

We have checked the Licence code and we can confirm that it is for CA TY2024 TurboTax Desktop Standard Retail. Could you please send a screenshot of the checkout page where you were asked to pay an additional amount? 

 

For privacy reasons, we have taken down the licence code that was posted. Since this is an open platform, we advise against posting or sharing any PII or codes.
