Recent update to turbotax - now locked out

Just did an update to turbotax (desktop edition) and it no longer recognizes that activation code previously used (successfully) on this computer.  How do I get it to recognize the computer again please?

Troubleshooting

I have a similar issue, in that having re-installed the program (downloaded TurboTax Premier 2024), I now get the message: "All available activations for that code have been used.Error code: 603" and the program won't run!

 

Can someone provide some guidance, please!

Troubleshooting

I called the support line ([phone number removed]) and told the AI that I needed to speak to a person. I was connected within about five minutes, and about 10 minutes after that, I had a new code. I'm now back up and running.

 

Apparently, this is a daily problem for them.

 

The support rep was very helpful, and that makes all the difference.
