Re: Can I use turbotax to file the return as a non-resident (online filing)? Or do I have to mail...
I cannot find 5013-R in TurboTax Premier 2024. Does it come with this form? Thank you.

Troubleshooting
@doggieken you will need to mail in your return if you are a non-resident.
As per our TurboTax article Taxation for Non-Residents.
If you are a non-resident, you need to file a special tax return – Form 5013-R T1 (Income Tax and Benefit Return for Non-Residents and Deemed Residents of Canada).
Most filers use their Social Insurance Number on these forms, but if you don’t have one, obtain an Individual Tax Number using Form T1261 (Application for a CRA ITN for Non-Residents). You may have to file additional forms depending on the type of income you earn.

Troubleshooting
Thanks @TurboTaxAniqua . I am more interested in finding out if Turbo Tax comes with the form 5013-R (I understand it cannot be NetFile). If not, then Turbo Tax cannot help in this situation and I can fill out the pdf from CRA website. Thanks

I think that when you label yourself as a non-resident, it defaults to that form and inserts your data. However, I still think that the CRA has not finalized that form for 2024

Troubleshooting
Thanks @Shakerhill1 . This answers my questions. I guess we need to create a new return and not by import from previous year. Seems to me we cannot import the previous year return and change the residence.
