Quicktax 2002

Hi All,

Unfortunately when I did my taxes back in 2002 I saved the Quicktax 2002 files, but not in .pdf form. I do have the original 2002 Quicktax cd and installation key; tried to install but was unable as after the program installation it wants to register the product, which obviously it can't do any longer. I also have my original registration number from back then.

Does someone know how to get around this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You cannot skip the registration screen because the server it needs to contact is no longer available. TurboTax only supports tax software from the last seven years, so they cannot provide/have access to a new key or patch for a 2002 product.

If you only need the information for your records, the Canada Revenue Agency is the most reliable source. You may request a copy of your assessment or a summary of your tax information slip for 2002. You can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
