This is what I found regarding it: When tax software says a section like the CCA portion of the T777 (Statement of Employment Expenses) is “still being finalized,” it means the software vendor hasn’t finished implementing or unlocking that form to match CRA’s current specifications. These “forms locked/not finalized” messages are common in late Feb/early Mar each season and are resolved by a software update from the vendor.

Getting the same message. Very frustrating they can't tell us why this is happening other than blaming the cra. Pay for their service and cant even netfile my tax return.

I'm getting the same error in other tax software.  Is it only for people with CCA or even people without these expenses are getting it as well?

I don’t have the expenses nor did I select them on my return, but I can’t file until this is fixed.

I don't see them responding after I outed them for blaming the CRA. The CRA is now aware of them blaming them so I bet they will soon be getting a call they will not like.

I file both myself and my husband and wasn’t aware there was an issue so mine was submitted however when I got to my husbands it says the same thing.  Want to get his filed sooner than later aswell.

so curious if anyone filed using a different software.
