2024 personal/tax information is not transferred to 2025 return
Hi,
Using 2025 tt link, launched data transfer from 2024 and completed but it looks like most of the information is missing despite the message that almost 50% of the info was transferred over e.g. personal info, vehicle info, prior years capital loss amounts etc.. I have connected with CRA to download the info for both my spouse and I. How should this be fixed? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Can you please specify what is missing? Are you speaking of T-Slips from the CRA?

Try these troubleshooting steps.
Restart the 2025 return: Go to File > New Tax Return.
Manual "Open": Instead of letting the software search, click Browse and manually select the 2024 file.
Cross-Check with 2024 PDF: If it still fails, they should open their 2024 Notice of Assessment (NOA).
The Capital Loss balance is listed on the NOA.
The Vehicle CCA (UCC) balance is on "Area C" of their 2024 T2125 or "Statement of Business Activities."
