Can you please clarify what help do you need with your T4FHSA. 

If you are looking where to enter T4FHSA and other T Slips, you need to go through the Tax Profile on the Tax Home and check off what you need. The T4FHSA/FHSA questions are on the 3rd page of the profile. Once you are done the Tax Profile, a Registered Savings Plan section will appear on the Tax Home page.
