Error is still occurring even after update on Thursday April 16th . 

We've paid for the software and expect it to work - this should be a simple fix for a missing form - if I have to mail it I will expect Intuit to pay for the mailing fees and related expenses.

I urge that this be treated with high priority

I just tried to Netfile tonight, Friday evening, and I am still getting the error. So, no it was not part of yesterday's update.

Disappointing, I was hoping to finish my parents incomes taxes this weekend ☹️

Same here, tried today April 18 2026 and still getting the same error message. 

TurboTax found issues that will prevent the creation of a valid file that is necessary to use Revenue Québec's NETFILE service. Please reach out to customer support.

12 days before the filing deadline. Will it be fixed or we need to print and mail the taxes (the old way)?

I don't see any updates from Turbo Tax here about the progress on this issue. They should have tested the Quebec Filing with their last update release.

Any update on this issue? Do we need to print and mail? If so, would Turbo Tax give a credit for the affected customers?
