I paid to use Turbo Tax and filed my return. I owe money. Now I want to PAY for a Turbo Tax expert to review and fix my return. I cannot see any email address or way to upgrade.

Once you file your return it is too late to get assistance from an expert. You would have had to choose it before you filed so that they could have reviewed your tax return with you.
