Form 8606 - Nondeductible IRAs

In the past, I made nondeductible IRA contributions. Turbo Tax always asked me this question and the value of the IRA at the end of the year, then generated the 8606, and filled in the taxable amount in the 1099-R.  It does not seem to be doing that this year. I can find an 8606 in the list of forms but the values are incorrect and it seems they were not accurately transferred from last year's return.

Is there a bug in the system or am I missing something?

Nevermind - I was looking in the wrong place.  User error! feeling stupid....
