TurboTax error? IRA rollover to IRA is taxed in turbotax when there is no tax.

This is davebg, I just got off the phone with a Turbo tax assistant who walked me through the filing account and we proved the IRA section nor any part of Turbo tax is in error. The error was mine in missing a check on a dependent
