I Purchased a license from Shoppers Drug Mart, it is not working when I try to activate it. Receiving this error: Something's not right, try re-entering your code. Double checked the entry more than once still no progress...
What version of TurboTax have you purchased? Is it an online version or a download version?
The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.
If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer, please download the product by using this link : https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/desktop
If you have purchased an online version, to activate your TurboTax Online version, please visit this link. Select that "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.
