After an update I lost my 2017 file and not able to retrieve 2016 file

I retrieved my 2016 corporate tax return and started my 2017 tax return. I was prompted with an update. After I updated the software I lost my 2017 file and 2016 can not be retrieved. Yet if I open my 2016 Corporate taxes I see my 2016 file.

The upload even see my file but when I select open, I receive file path not found

on the install I had to rename the folder for intuit...2017. there was an issue with the registration. on the file search the PC wasn't able to find the .GB6 or .GB7 files. With the new fold name, the PC found the .GB6 and .GB7 files. Go figure

Hello,

Try searching the computer for a file in a .GB7 format which would be the 2017 T2 format used by the software, if you are able to find it double click to open the file.
