Can I claim the cost of Turbo Tax and courier fees in sending requested docs to CRA?
Do you have audit defence? If not, and the CRA audited you and requested that you send them documents or receipts, this is not something you can claim.
The only way to claim using TurboTax software is if you are self-employed.
